2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We take care to describe our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colours, or other content are complete, current, or error-free. Product images are illustrative, and the item you receive may differ slightly in appearance.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment has been processed, we will refund you in full.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a confirmation of dispatch.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where quantities suggest resale, or where stock is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

7. Intended use and health information

Numa products are general wellbeing products. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including sleep apnoea.
Snoring can be a symptom of an underlying health condition. If you snore heavily, have been told you stop breathing during sleep, wake up gasping, or feel persistently tired despite getting enough sleep, please speak to a doctor. Our products are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and using them should not delay you seeking medical advice.
Do not use our nasal products if you have a nasal injury, have had recent nasal or sinus surgery, or have any condition affecting your nasal passages, without first speaking to a healthcare professional.
Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience irritation, bleeding, pain, or any other discomfort.
Any information provided on this website, including in product descriptions, FAQs, blog content, or customer reviews, is general in nature. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as such.
You are responsible for using our products as directed and for determining whether they are suitable for you.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 9, our total liability to you in connection with any product or with your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where we are permitted to limit our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing either.
